Mr. Fran Taylor was employed as a Used Car Training Consultant by Toyota Canada Inc. in the fall of 1993.  Mr. Taylor worked with a number of our Dealers in the Atlantic Zone, with very positive feedback from the Dealers and Zone Personnel involved.

Mr. Taylor worked on the fundamentals of both used car sales management and basic sales techniques.  Some of the subjects covered were appraisals, inventory maintenance costs and controls, overaged inventory, promotions and prospecting.
